Job Description

  • Respond to customer queries on cargo rates, schedules, and services
  • Manage bookings and track shipments
  • Engage with customers globally for full charter cargo
  • Onboard, manage, and retain cargo consolidators
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to resolve issues
  • Build strong relationships with cargo consolidators and customers

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Marketing or related field
  • Experience in a contact center or customer service role
  • Experience in the aviation industry (preferred)

Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of cargo operations and logistics
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
