Job Description
- Respond to customer queries on cargo rates, schedules, and services
- Manage bookings and track shipments
- Engage with customers globally for full charter cargo
- Onboard, manage, and retain cargo consolidators
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to resolve issues
- Build strong relationships with cargo consolidators and customers
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Marketing or related field
- Experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Experience in the aviation industry (preferred)
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Knowledge of cargo operations and logistics
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
