Fidelity Connect Ltd is seeking a dynamic, vibrant, and highly creative IT & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide IT support across the company while also leading our digital presence through engaging graphics and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and monitor company IT systems, equipment, updates, and security protocols.
• Design high-quality graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, and company communications.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
• Develop and execute creative social media strategies, calendars, and campaigns.
• Track analytics and trends to improve engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support communication and branding initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Graphics Design, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT support, graphic design, and social media management.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

Salary Range
