Role Overview

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for recruitment services, sourcing client leads, and coordinating with the recruitment team.

Location: Nairobi / Mombasa / Western Region

Reports To: Business Development Executive

Job Purpose

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients specifically for recruitment services. The role involves promoting recruitment solutions, sourcing client leads, and coordinating with the recruitment team to fulfil client staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment services
  • Market and recruit candidates for international recruitment
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing (experience in recruitment or HR services is an added advantage)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remuneration
